Danielle joins our team with 6+ years of experience helping organizations leverage software solutions to solve their most pressing business problems. During her work with customers at IBM and MicroStrategy, she cultivated a deep understandingof the impact the right technology can have on a company’s ability to be effective, regardless of industry. Danielle is excited to bring her expertise and passion to HRmonious at a time of rapid growth for the firm and HR technology is undergoing one of the most disruptive periods it has seen in a decade. She was drawn to HRmoniousby its unique inception; created not by a technologist, but an accountant determined to solve a problem for his customers. It is this unique perspective of CEO Jason Leff that enabled him to design an application that is more agile, consumer-focused, and digital than traditional players---conceived with the end user in mind.
